Day 67 of 90: The Last 30 Days Matter Most 💪🏽🔥
So many people start strong, but the real transformation happens when you stay consistent after the excitement wears off.
As I head into the final 30 days of my 90-day RESET, I’m not looking for perfection—
I’m focusing on alignment and the habits that move the needle.
✔️ Prioritizing 7.5–8 hours of sleep
✔️ Hitting 10,000+ steps at least 5 days a week
✔️ Choosing veggies more as snacks
✔️ Staying consistent with the support that’s helping me feel my best
The truth is, breakthrough isn’t usually found in doing more.
It’s found in doing the right things consistently.
Every healthy choice is a vote for the person God is calling me to become. ❤️
