Day in the life of a Realtor...

Today’s showing came with a surprise encounter, and let me tell you, I was NOT prepared for it. 😅

Have you ever had an encounter with a Chow dog? Because I did today, and we were both trying to figure out what the other one's intentions were.

One minute I'm focused on helping my clients evaluate a property. The next minute I'm carefully calculating my exit strategy while keeping one eye on a fluffy security guard who clearly took his job very seriously.

People think real estate is all pretty houses and closing day photos. What they don't see are the unexpected adventures that happen in between.

Thankfully, everyone survived the encounter, including me. 😂

This weekend has been one for the books.

One offer submitted for two of my amazing clients. Another offer contract ready to be written. And I secured my very first listing, which means another opportunity to serve someone and help them reach their goals.

All of this just two days shy of 90 days in real estate.

Not too shabby.

I've learned that consistency beats perfection every single time. Show up, do the work, care deeply about people, and keep betting on yourself even when no one else sees the vision yet.

As for me? I'll bet on me to win every time.
