DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN EXPANDING WITH NEW LOCATION ON WOODLAND HILLS DRIVE IN HUMBLE

Dave's Hot Chicken is continuing its rapid expansion across the Houston area, preparing to open a brand-new location in Harris County. The popular fast-casual chain, famous for its Nashville-style hot chicken tenders and sliders, will be setting up shop in Humble. The restaurant will be the first tenant to occupy a 2,500-square-foot suite located at 16000 Woodland Hills Dr. The project involves a $500,000 interior build-out to transform the empty space into a fully equipped, first-generation restaurant.

Construction on the new eatery is scheduled to kick off late this summer on July 31, 2026, with a target completion date set for the fall on October 31, 2026.
