One thing that probably no business would ever post about but here we go! How to pause / cancel your membership if school is getting started again!

We do not cancel memberships by message (text, email, message) BUT we can always do it in person easily OR the option to cancel online is always available.

***If our rates increase yours never will!!!***

Of course we preach the importance of in season training but we know time and financial constraints as well. We always have our drop in options and our 1x a week memberships for those with limited time soon.

We only post this to help you guys out and because we care so much more about each of our families than any numbers in our computer.

Can't wait for a great school year!!!

So proud of our girl Kate after putting in so much work!

Always coming in with a smile and ready to work and it's paying off so fast. Just a few months in and the improvement has been insane!

Already moving on up to Elite this year and it's going to be so much fun. Still plenty of time to keep on getting better and better before we get to show out this year!!

SO MANY EXTRA CLASSES FOR ADULTS!!!!

Starting NOW we have adult classes:

Monday - Thursday: 4:45am - 11am as well as some evenings!

Saturdays: 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month!

These will not take the place of any of our youth classes in any way AND we will also have an adult class at the same time as our youth groups during the week, so parents can work out at the same time as their athletes!

We preach about the importance of in season training and pre tournament training all the time, but here's a full example of what that can look like for a setter getting ready to go compete!

Training doesn't have to be brutally difficult. It doesn't have to leave you completely out of energy or beaten down. It's why we always say that "We don't workout, we train."

When you compete at a high level, if you want to separate yourself then you simply have to do what others aren't willing to do and Reece is a great example of that and we cannot wait to see what these next few years look like!

We worked a ton on shoulder / overhead mobility as well as prepping to be ready for this last week in Arizona. Then....she came back home and was in here the very next day.

So glad that we get to be the ones who get to deal with the Greer's for all of these years 🤣

One of the easiest shout-outs or athletes to celebrate ever!

Reece has been with us for years, and can always turn our day around within about 2 seconds while also being one of the hardest workers around.

We've gotten to see her become extremely locked in with her training while still being able to laugh through the entire hour of training. She's the perfect balance of serious and goofy, which also makes her just the best teammate as well as athlete to train.

It's kind of crazy to think that high school volleyball is right around the corner, but first Nationals!!!

So so proud of seeing her grow into the athlete she is and cannot wait for what's next!

Join us for our Murph Workout at The Uplift as we honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all who served. ALL fitness levels are welcome — whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete, this workout can be modified for you!
