Ok, here’s how it’s going to go.

💥You are going to choose yourself.💥

You will have to let other things go — and this is where you might get hung up. You think that growth means releasing things that no longer bring you joy, things that are blatantly not for you, people who don’t want to see you win.

💥This is a trap.💥

Sometimes you’ll be faced with the choice to let go of things that still bring you some kind of happiness. To release people who you care about but who aren’t ready to let you evolve. To let go of the comfortable & content way of life that keeps you small.

✨This is where you must still choose yourself.✨

You will be tested. Over and over again to see if you will really do it. If you really want it.

⭐️Choose yourself.
✨Choose your vision.
🦋Choose that version of yourself in that vision.
🌱Choose your purpose.

You can do it. IT’S👏YOUR👏TIME!👏

Let me just take a second and say I am so proud of EVERY SINGLE AMAZING HUMAN who rode in the ReSOULution Ride! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Not gonna lie — y’all wore me out so much I needed a second after class and forgot to organize a group photo. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 (if you rode — even in another city! — tag yourself below so I can personally dote on you one more time.😂😘)

90 minutes is not easy — hell, even 45 minutes is tough! — but committing to 90 minutes of determination, talking yourself out of quitting, and doing your absolute best (regardless of what it looks like) is incredibly admirable and I am in awe of you ALL. 💗👏🏼

✨To everyone who rode in the Rez Ride, thank you for trusting me and for trusting yourselves the whole time.

💫To each of my Soul riders, know that I love you so much and I am so thankful for the chance to ride together on bikes that go nowhere (and everywhere) in a big dark room.

Expect good things….always! And they will happen. 💜 Happy Friday, y’all!

I end every Create Your Fate podcast episode (and class!) with this affirmation for a purpose. The power of expectation is unmatched when it comes to getting what you want in life. You can’t just “want” it. You have to expect it! Imagine — what will it feel like if you end up getting what you want? Let the positive emotions flow!

Here’s the thing — “Present you” has a finite view of what’s best for you. You must let go of forcing an idea into existence and let it happen. The “good things” you expect might change, evolve, or end up looking a little different as you grow and evolve yourself.

Life doesn’t always turn out exactly as you picture it. Let yourself grow — and expect good things, always. Even if it looks a little different than what you normally imagined. 😉
