I’ve been playing soccer for most of my life, and it’s still one of the few things that completely clears my mind.

When I’m training with a ball at my feet, I’m focused on the next touch, the next move, the next rep. Nothing else matters for that hour.

A lot of people think skill work is only for kids or competitive players. The reality is that if you want to improve, the technical side of the game never stops mattering.

That’s why I’ve been working with Zach. He’s doing a great job breaking down the details, cleaning up movement patterns, and creating sessions that translate to the field.

A strong core isn’t just about abs you can see.

It’s about controlling forces you can’t.

During the Cable Pallof Walkout, the resistance is constantly trying to pull your torso out of position. Your job is to stay square, brace your core, and control every step.

That’s what makes this exercise so effective for athletes and anyone looking to build a stronger, more resilient trunk.

This one challenges aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, grip strength, leg stamina, and the ability to recover while still moving.

4 rounds:
• 25 Cal AB
• 500m Ski
• 50m DB Lunges
• 20 Wall Balls
• 500m Row

The goal isn’t to sprint the first round. It’s to maintain output, manage fatigue, and keep moving efficiently from start to finish.

That’s what translates to better performance in Hyrox, soccer, and everyday life.

20 weeks into pregnancy and still showing up.

Today’s session was simple:
• TRX Pull-Ups
• Dumbbell Rows
• Dumbbell Pullovers

As pregnancy progresses, maintaining back strength becomes even more important. A stronger upper back can help support posture, reduce upper-body discomfort, and make everyday tasks feel easier as the baby grows.

The goal isn’t to set PRs right now—it’s to stay consistent, move well, and build strength that carries over into pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.
