Good evening HIHFC I am proud to say that I have moved on to bigger and better things happening in my life & with that being said I will be closing this page but before I do I would love to invite you all to my workouts on Thursday evenings at 7pm.

If you haven’t made it out yet I would lvoe to have you join us!! I can’t wait to see you all.

Tomorrow is Waffle Wednesday

I can start as early as 5am for those early workers.

It is a busy morning so I’m asking for pre-orders. Due to my schedule with my daughter over the summer my days are limited at the bar. Soooo I am taking pre-orders for waffles and loaded teas for tomorrow.
