One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is assuming instead of measuring.

I’ve coached nutrition for years, and even I still track my own food—not because I can’t estimate, but because the best decisions come from knowing, not guessing.

Tracking helped me fine-tune my own nutrition, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I have my clients track theirs.

You have to know where you are before you know how to get where you want to go.
