The management team want to send out a heart filled thank you to all the fans, wrestlers, refs, ring announcers and commentators that have ever been booked or came through the doors
Most Importantly thank you to the fans 🙏 without you there is no show.
In 2020 Jerry Heacock took a major gamble. He had $20k+ he didn't buy a nice car, or put money on a house, he opened Houston Premier Arena so PWF could have a home and it turned into a home for Pro Wrestling in Houston.
the first month opening the building covid hit. Jerry out of pocket paid to keep the doors open. when the money ran out we were forced to throw a live show. We were the first in TX maybe even the nation to throw a show with a live audience. We had to, it was do or die.
Jerry has spent at least 2-3 Saturdays every month staying until 2am-3am watching over the events at Premier Arena and helping clean, blood, glass, and broken tables.
He built the stage with his own two hands.
he fixed toilets, hung lights, wrote stories, booked workers, and promoted every show.
about 2 yrs ago Jerry fell at work tearing up his knee.
The company doctor deemed him fine to return to work even though he could barley walk. upon return his company immediately fired him. No lawyer would help. After unemployment ran it's course Jerry had nothing. He was left in a dark depression and worse financial state. There was no go fund me, no benefit show, and no support.(one of my biggest regrets i should have done something)Even with all this every day Jerry worked to keep PWF running.
Now Jerry has a job and a lead position. He's married to the fantastic Katie Heacock and they have a wonderful son. After grinding for PWF Jerry wants to enjoy his family and down time.
something rare leaving wrestling on your own terms. The money situation is fine, no one is canceling him. Jerry is walking away with his head held high.
Enjoy life outside of wrestling you and your family deserve to be happy.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING
