I work with overworked moms to help implement life strategies so that they can achieve more peace and calm.

In my 3 month Calm Moms CARE 1:1 program, where we use the CARE Method to focus on 4 key areas that will support you being the best version of yourself.

The CARE Method covers how to be Consciously Connected, develop Inner Awareness, Reenergize Yourself, and how to be the most Empowered mom you can be. We also work on the magic needed to balance it all as a mom.

My passion to support moms live life as the best version of themselves led me to become a Master Certified Coach. Asa working mom of 3, I understand the dynamic challenges moms face. I have been a life-long student of personal development and my passion is service and helping others.

Moms, do you need some extra support these days? Mama, you are not alone.

I get it, I used to have the same struggles. My relationship with my husband was strained, I was angry and resentful all the time and my kids were definitely starting to act out in response to the tense environment.

I knew that I wasn’t showing up as the best version of the mom I knew I was but I didn’t know how to show up and be that best version of myself consistently.

I felt so unempowered!

Although my life isn’t perfect, my relationship with myself, my husband and kids has also been drastically improved. My transformation even inspired me to help other moms do the same.

They are always listening…

We were at the playground yesterday just like we do most days after dinner. While my daughter was playing, I noticed she was showing off her gymnastics skills to a new friend. When her friend was trying the new “move” I overheard Olivia say, “Don’t put so much pressure on yourself”.

My jaw almost hit the ground. You see this has been one of my greatest traps that I have to be careful not to fall into. I spent years and years battling this need to be PERFECT and I’m so grateful that Olivia isn’t following in my footsteps with this.

One of the reasons I stay committed to working on myself is because I know that beyond the massive benefits I receive from it, the massive ripple effect it has on my kids.

You may already know that we are programming our children’s beliefs about themselves and the world around them. It’s a kind of a big deal but it doesn’t have to feel heavy or convicting. It all starts with how you treat yourself, it’s so simple yet our human nature sometimes tries to convince us that things couldn’t really be that simple.

This is so true. One of the hardest things for me to learn has been to say no. The more I practice, the easier it gets and I’ve found the freedom on the other side is so worth it.
