EASIST WAY TO REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALSβ¦..
KEEP GOING IN THE HARD SEASONS!!
Itβs hard to stay focused in busy seasons.
We are expecting another child
3 & 4 year old kiddos are non stop and require so much energy
Work seems to be 10 - 12 hours a day. If not in person the mental wear and tear.
My marriage must stay a priority and trying to make sure my bride always feels love and support not only takes effort but time.
Most important is my spiritual growth. Reading and praying daily is the goal, I said GOAL. Honestly it doesnβt happen daily but I def try to make it happen.
Sheesh! With all of this I still need to make time to workout and eat clean at least 90% of the time!!
HOW IN THE WORLD!!???
