I am a Wholistic Fitness Trainer whose personal experiences mixed with family medical history encouraged me to focus on prevention. Realizing that diet, exercise and having a positive outlook creates optimal health and well being. Having had severe headaches and fibroids with low tolerance to pain and high tolerance to medicine was a combination for killing my kidney and liver. I began to cleanse

and fast coupled with using reflexology, energy clearing because I knew that I didnt want to add more issues to the mix. These thing have made me search for alternative options for health and healing. My passions are spirituality, family, friends, health & fitness, dance and good food.
