Very impressed with the effort whether the Pax were doing the IPC, a modified version or busting out the beach muscle coupon curls with and . Great encouragement, good tunes, crapload of sweat and memorable morning! For many PAX, it was there first exposure to IPC

Q Fail on not planning enough time to get everyone through and do nameorama/TAPS as many had to break away for work, so no video.

18 Pax came out for a “foretaste of the feast to come” with a nod to past IPC favorites and preview of Week 0 FAT COE SANDWICH. The suck was heavy at the River this morning with 162% humidity, but the PaX gave the weather a middle finger and got after it.

4.6 Pax came out for a DD run (3.4 miles for most, 2.7 for YHC bc of late arrival) because they were naive enough to think it was a good idea ahead of the BD. **fy! YHC

All 4.6 agreed “ain’t doing that” for Thursday. There was some minor amount of YoYo going on, but pretty well under control til the M**f Dog came back from the “Durkee funk” at the end with His chest out to challenge . Too close to call at the finish

One of the pillars of F3 is faith. Faith is such a general term but one of the areas of faith is faith in yourself. Having the mental toughness to get through anything and finish what you started. Because if you can do a burpee, Ruck 5 or 10 miles with 35 pounds, or complete a 45-minute workout, you can endure just about anything. F3 helps men create a better version of themselves. F3 Foundation has a fundraising goal of $210,000 for 2022. Once the Fundraising goal of $210,000 is reached, a group of anonymous donors will give an additional $55k.
