✨ TECHNIQUE TUESDAY ✨
Today, Jen’s showing us Fifth Lunge — a lower body burner that levels up our lightweight lunges. 😏🔥
What we’re working on:
▪️ Lightweight spring load = more control, less momentum
▪️ Working heel grounded into the carriage — keeps the work through the glutes & hamstrings
▪️ Hips hinged back + chest slightly forward
▪️ Knee stacked over ankle & heel for safe alignment
⭐️ Form check: Create one long, slanted line from the back of the head to the back heel. That alignment = chef’s kiss 🤌
Ways to spice up Fifth Lunge:
✨ Hold low (hello 🔥 burn)
✨ Add moon walker by bending/extending the back leg
✨ Level up with split squats
Quick reminder: the red cables are for support, not pulling. Keep a light grip to target the legs 🍑
