Good afternoon! I hope this post finds each and every one of you healthy and safe.
As this crazy world of ours keeps turning I wanted link you to an article that I thought was neat. It is from Runner's World and shows which masks they found were the best for runners.

Additionally, if you are getting those racing bug blues watching all your hopeful events get cancelled or postponed, there is a cure to help partially scratch that itch - Virtual races! I have to be honest, I was never big on the virtual races. Paying for something I was going to do on my own wasn't high on my list. However, in these times of Covid these types of races are a huge help to the race directors and race series that have been hit hard by this pandemic. One way you can ease the pain is to sign up for some virtual races. Not only will it keep you engaged in staying healthy and sane but will also go a long way to helping someone else. These race directors work tirelessly for us so please consider giving a bit back and signing up for their virtuals if able.
Till next time, I wish you health! Mask up people. Lets all do our part so we can get this in our rear view as soon as possible!
SWIM WITH THE HARE!
BIKE WITH THE HARE!
RUN WITH THE HARE!
(but not until after quarantine 😉 )
