This last weekend, the Pokémon Company went to the AASL Conference to showcase the Pokémon Club kit contents and demos of a few of its activities!

If you know of a librarian that staffs at a Public or School Library that has ALA+AASL membership, they can apply to become a Pokémon Club! And best of all: the Pokémon Club resources will be free!

It was a blast hanging out with fellow Librarian and Educator Professors in showcasing this initiative for children!

Thank all that passed by yesterday! We had children draw their favorite Pokémon in preparation for Halloween and the artworks were amazing! Thank you too all the Pokémon Professors that passed by!

Hello everybody!

This Saturday, October 18, we will be meeting at the Tomball Community Library and we will have a special treat with Halloween on the horizon... 🎃

With Halloween approaching, we will be giving out a few extra goodies!

• If you check-in with a Player ID: you will get a Prize Pack!

• If you bring a Drawing of your favorite Ghost-Type Pokémon: you will get a Trick-or-Trade Booster Pack!

BONUS: if you check-in with an ID AND bring a drawing of your favorite Ghost-type Pokémon: you will get a Spiritomb Promo card!

Next Month, we will be bringing a couple of additional mini-games you can play with your own cards: Pokémon Raid and Pokémon Shuffle! We'll announce the rules of those games later in the month with paeticipation prizing.😃

Hello everybody!

As mentioned before, the Aegis Pokémon Gym has been created!

The Aegis Pokémon Gym will be the page to follow for future tournaments and updates involving events at Aegis Creative Company ! To keep up with events at Aegis and a more competitive environment, do follow that group.

This page will now be focused on the Club/League at the Tomball Community Library which will focus on a pure-cadual environments for parents, children and new striving Pokémon fans, so we will not be posting future tournaments on this page unless we will hold a fun-format event.

Thanks to everyone that made it in! We had a whopping 21 players for a Legaue Challenge!

IMPORTANT NOTE: I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO AWARD PRIZE PACKS TO TOP 4 as I originally had posted on our event page. As such, I have set aside the following to each age division:

1st Place: 4 Prize Packs
2nd Place: 3 Prize Packs
3-4th Place: 2 Prize Pack
5th-13th Place: 1 Prize Pack

Whenever you pass by the Library or another event, I will have them available to you.

Outside of that, thanks a ton for passing by!

Hello everybody and welcome to the last Prerelease Weekend of Mega Evolutions!

Reminders for our event today at Aegis CC:

• Patrons (players that regularly participate in our Challenges, Cups and fun format events) have priority which opens for them at 4:30pm. They have to be in store for us to add them to TOM.

• Players who do not regularly participate in our events will be able to start registering starting at 4:50pm in order of arrival.

Hello everybody! Few updates incoming for the events ran at Aegis CC and at the Pokémon Club in the Tomball Community Library!

~~~~~~~~~~SANTIONED EVENTS~~~~~~~~~~

After last Saturday prelease event, we are making a few changes to make the events more accessible to players who regularly participate to our regular events (patrons) and for players new to Aegis CC.

• We currently have allocated enough kits for 14 players; as such, we will run our next Prerelease for Mega Evolutions with 14 players.

• About signing up:
Patrons
We will no longer be talking sign-ups.
Patrons have first priority to enter events and must be seated at the event space 30 minutes before the event start time. 10 minutes before the event start time, we will be letting open public register.

Public:
Anyone who is not a patron are welcome to join the wait list by sitting in the designated table space. We will be registering players based on the order they came in to join the event.

• All details of the format, participation prizing and fees can be found on each event page.

• The Winner Ditto has been discovered. We will still run it also with the Ditto Token, so if you have your Ditto Token or are looking to trade some, bring them in!

Starting in October, we'll be creating a new group: AEGIS POKÉMON GYM.

• MAGNOLIA CITY POKÉMON GYM will become the entity that will run the Pokémon Club at the Tomball Community Library. It will not be going away; it will still run a casual and learning League environment for parents, children and newcomers alike, only that it will not be affiliated with the competitive environment at Aegis CC.

• AEGIS POKÉMON GYM will be the official League name and page (when it gets created) for all Pokémon Events at Aegis CC. We will be planning more casual tournaments at Aegis CC such as GLC, Expanded and Standard Singleton in conjunction with our usual Prereleases, Challenges and Cups as alternatives for leftover promo materials such as Champion mats.

Professor F will still be running both the Club and League; we are only updating the way we host events to align with the new League definitions starting with the Season and to prepare for when Pokémon Clubs start running.
