Regardless of where you stand politically today, you can’t argue the impact that Gable’s influence has had on millions of youth in this country for the last 5 decades. It is an award that is well deserved.

Dan Gable is about to add a significant award to his already-crowded trophy case.

A bit of positive news today. NCAA recognizes women’s wrestling as an emerging sport also, 25th and 26th states sanctioned high school women’s wrestling. A lot of nameless people have put a lot of work in to make those things happen.

We have had a tremendous loss in our Team Leonidas wrestling family. Aidan, who is one of our Gold Group wrestlers, lost his parents recently. Aidan is a wonderful, hard-working, talented young man with tons of potential, and we care for him deeply.

A Suvivorship Fund has been set up through Go-Fund-Me for Aidan and his brother, Kennedy. Please consider supporting them during this difficult time. Every little bit helps.
