We are meeting every Tuesday and Thursday. This team will be about strengthening your bodies so that you will be competative in push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5 mile run. You will be pushed to do your best but at the same time we will look out for your well being. It is important to remember that this is a team and will be run accordingly. I look forward to seeing everybody the first day this coming thursday.
