In class this week, students are:

✔️ Using their inner voice to push through every challenge
✔️ Bringing their best listening skills home with their parents

🔥 Our Summer Shirts are expected to arrive Wednesday/Thursday this week! We can’t wait for everyone to see them!

Due to our Special Districts Training at 7:15 PM held at our Magnolia location, we will have a modified schedule at ALL campuses.

❌ No BJJ Classes
❌ No Legacy Classes
❌ No Adult Classes
❌ No 8:00 PM Black Belt Classes

Did you know that standing tall and making eye contact can actually help protect your child from bullies? 👀

Leaders communicate confidence through their body language — no words needed.

In class this week, our students are practicing:
✔️ Standing up straight
✔️ Making strong eye contact
✔️ Performing with boldness and energy
✔️ Using proper body language at home with their parents

This is exactly why martial arts is so much more than kicks and punches. We teach life skills that kids carry EVERY SINGLE DAY. 🙌

Cox Martial Arts will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day as we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country.

Week 1 is all about how we LOOK. Leaders take pride in their appearance — clean uniform, belt tied properly, standing tall with confidence.
