Before you dive into the weekend, I want to invite you to pause for just a moment.
Not to go over what didn’t get done or what could’ve gone better, but to take inventory of your wins.

Big or small. Obvious or quiet.
This is something I encourage my coaching clients to do often, because our brains are wired to scan for what’s missing, not what’s working.

But celebrating wins (especially the small, quiet, everyday kind) helps rewire that. It builds resilience. It reminds you that you’re making progress, even when it doesn’t feel dramatic.

So what worked this week?
What did you move through, learn, say yes to, or finally say no to?
What are you proud of, even if no one else saw it?

Day 4 of an Unprecedented Healthcare Strike

Nearly 5,000 nurses, physicians, and advanced practitioners across eight Providence hospitals and six women’s clinics in Oregon have stepped away from the bedside. This decision was not made lightly—it’s a reflection of years of systemic challenges and the deep need for change.

At the heart of this strike are calls for safer staffing ratios, fair wages, and protections against job outsourcing. These aren’t just workplace issues; they directly impact the quality and safety of care patients receive.

To my colleagues out there finding their voice and taking this courageous action, I see you. May this moment bring meaningful change for the people who’ve held the system together for far too long.
