Good morning and happy Fri-yay to all!! Been a crazy time in my life with work and have not posted in a bit so thought I would stop in to say hello to all. (Pic for attention 🐶) Been doing late evening walks with this cutie while the heat is a little more bearable. Moving is so important even if just a evening walk with your fur kid. One of my favorite things to say is “just get up and move”. Anyway Have a blessed weekend and stay hydrated y’all!🙏🏼😅

Some blood, a lot of sweat and tears, late late nights of work with my trusty guard fur kids Camo/Jax/Violet but, I can finally say I am ALMOST done with the gym I have been working on which seems forever! With a little help from my grandson Hayden Prato with insulation, Laci Pratoand Hannah Prato with some unloading of material just in time before the rain hit, to My son Trent for helping cut my outlets in the wood (cuz I would have ruined a few lol) to Bethanne Ditrich helping me paint and unload some fitness equipment, and Ashley Riordan lending her hubby Robert Riordan to help a momma-in-law on slab outside the entrance to Kevin and Steve for replacing a set of French doors the contractors completely screwed up to begin with to the two beautiful hand painted pics at the end of video compliments of Sarah Kathrine Wilkins and Delana Wright Albrecht and lastly my sweet clients who so patiently waited for me to get this all together so they could get their training/pilates on Amy Davis Bobbi, Vickie Whitaker, Debra Morgan Campbell, Cathi Porter Hill, Christi Len and a few others not on Facebook. I want to say from the bottom of my heart I am forever grateful for ALL of you!! 🙏🏼❤️💪🏼

This popped up yesterday. How I take care of my mental health? Exercise and pilates! Weather I am mad, sad, anxious, unmotivated, sore, tired, and trying to get closer to God I am only one workout away from any and all above. I have clients come walking into my gym not really into the workout on some days but, once we get started they snap into the routine and by the time they walk out the door of my gym they are in better spirits and ready to conquer their day more possitive and energetically! Have a blessed day y’all and don’t forget to get your exercise in. Your body and mental health will thank you for that! 🙏🏼😊💪🏼

Hello all and Happy Thursday! I haven’t posted in a bit so thought today would be a great day to do so! These ladies and gentleman are my fun tennis group. They are doing the flat back on the reformer. They in the beginning were uneasy doing this move but, look at how awesome they are doing now. They are here religiously weekly even if they have vacation and other things going on and we have to either change dates, times, or both.  the key word is consistently and it has helped them with their tennis game, posture, core, and overall well being just to name a few. This is why I love doing what I do y’all! Have a great rest of your day!
