I am sure you have heard by now but just in case the Lawnmower Racing event at Camp Shayla on Saturday October 15 2022 was cancelled. No new events have been planned.

Drivers Meeting 6pm
Heat Laps 7pm

October 15
Drivers Meeting 5pm
Heat Laps 6pm
Feature 7pm

Cost is $20 to register and $5 for each class you race in. Gates open at noon. Entry is free for Spectators watching in the stands.

Are you interested in volunteering at Camp Shayla Mower Speedway? If so, we are inviting you to an event in College Station on Saturday May 21 at the Wings N More Party Room located at 1803 Deacon, College Station TX 77845 to review the open roles and tasks necessary to help run a well oiled racing organization. We need all kinds of volunteers to come help, from cutting the grass, watering the track, flaggers, concession stand workers, advertisers, fundraisers, clean up crew etc... If the love of lawn mower racing is in your heart come on down!! The Dinner will be buffet style so please RSVP with your name and the number of persons in your party by May 06th, partners and your children are welcomed.

Time to pull your eyeballs away from Fox News and on Saturday April 09th make plans to attend Madisonville's Lawnmower racing event in the afternoon and then drive an hour to continue racing at Camp Shayla's first race of the season! I am calling it CSMRA Lawnmower Racing After Dark!
