And we had another peak performance this morning. Great work camp. As you continue on your fitness journey be mindful of the discipline necessary to assist and allow your bodies to recover. Rest and recovery is part of the training. There will be another trigger point therapy session in community week, so bring your foam Rollers. All the best at the games this weekend 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Come try us this week, you’re gonna feel better ... Camps are at 5am Mondays and Wednesdays, with a pop up session on Friday to set up a winning weekend..
