Holidays and diets were not meant to be together 🥴. At least not for me 😒.

Before the break(s) started I was getting myself back into the gym and in the habit of healthy eating. The lbs were shedding off with ease!!

The holidays hit and I didn’t have the will power to keep up my regiment and gained the majority of the weight I lost (and maybe more 😩) back! After the New Year I decided this was my last restart!

Since getting back into the groove with my new favorite products this past Monday, I’m already 4 lbs down and counting! Seeing the scale drop and actually feeling it is more motivation than I could have!
