Your Body Is Not Just Feeling Age. It's Feeling Years of Habits.
Many people think they're feeling their age, but in reality they're often feeling the accumulated effects of a lifetime of hard living.
Years of unhealthy eating and drinking. Years of stress, fear, worry, anxiety, and panic. Years of overworking, striving, and toiling. Years of neglecting the body, mind, and spirit God gave them.
The issue is often not the number of birthdays you've had. It's the condition you've created through years of habits, decisions, and lifestyle choices.
The good news is that you can begin reversing the process.
Start living the way God designed you to live. Eat healthier foods. Drink more water. Exercise consistently. Stop making excuses based on age, body type, nationality, or gender. Fast. Pray. Confess the Word of God. Speak life instead of death. Walk in love. Forgive quickly. Refuse stress, worry, and anxiety. Learn to work under God's blessing instead of living in constant toil.
Healthy habits produce healthy results.
You may not be able to change your age, but you can absolutely change how you live.
Your future health is not determined by your age. It is greatly influenced by your habits.
Choose life. Choose health. Choose God's way.
