Time and time again I connect with people as a coach and presenter, from all walks of life, who do not know what their natural strengths are, lack confidence, continue to get in their own way and do not have the skills and strategies to successfully navigate conflict, friendships and life in general.
And I am not referring to young people; I am talking about professional adults!
Life is more complicated than ever.
Imagine for a moment if we could give our kids the Social/Emotional strategies, they won't learn in school, to equip them to cope with the interpersonal aspects of life that ultimately predict a healthy, happy future? Is there anything more important this this?
