We might bend forward or backwards
throughout the day, but almost never do we lean to the
side and open up the sides of the body..
As the side body opens;
the intercostal area makes more room for the
diaphragm muscle,
the connective tissue that wraps from the sides across
the low back & down the legs has more ability to glide
freely,
alleviates downward pull on the shoulders, increasing
the ability to reach above head

𝕋ransformation 𝕋uesday

Sometimes the best transformation is the way you see yourself in the mirror.

That internal transformation, I’m speaking of the internal character, succeeding in different aspects, learning new things, confidence, etc.

Not only is exercise important for your body but your mental health as well by reducing anxiety, depression & improving your self esteem.

When I personally started working out it was 100% for my appearance. As I stayed consistent with it not only was my body changing, but how I think. Daily actions started to change, daily thinking started to change, how I reacted started to change, who I hung out with.

If it wasn’t for joining a gym I can confidently say I would not be at where I am now or how I think now. I feel strong internally & externally.

This is how I stay mindfully fit 💪🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to be working with Danielle. We went from outdoor workouts, home workout, in clinic workouts, FaceTime workouts, back to outdoor, now at a set location & she’s been by my side through rain or shine! Even while working full time & being a full time mom she was killing every workout every session, & following any advice I gave her.

Training her so long, I got to understand her body type & what workouts/diet plan works best for her. Only meeting 2 times a week, her transformation is outstanding!

Becoming a trainer I was always told “𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁“ I never understood it.
“One client? How will I go by with one client?” I always thought.
But with that ‘one client’ she guided me to meeting more clients, to learning more on different body types, to showing other people what consistency can do.
