I am happy to bring you all a clip of a reality pilot show that I was involved with that was filmed at the beginning of February. The full episode will come out soon!

This was the brain child of Leatha Sims from MumStar, and I was proud to be her behind-the-scenes deputy. It entailed a lot of time, work, and capital, most of it borne by Leatha. And it took 50 participants and the biggest homecoming mum making store, Saleplace, to believe in this vision and participate. It was a huge learning curve, and so much that can be learned, but we are proud of what we’re trying to do.

I wanted to share an important update that may affect homecoming mums and garters. The main ribbon manufacturer for mum makers has gone out of business. While we currently have a strong inventory—and stores still have stock on hand—we recommend placing your orders soon to ensure availability. If ribbon supplies run low, we may need to close orders temporarily.

Annabelle’s vision is of a traditional mum in which each flower represents the stage her and Korban are at in their high school experience. One flower is for freshman, two for sophomore, and so on. We loved making these in these past 2 years, and we look forward to next year!
