Most people don’t fail because they lack effort… they fail because they refuse to be coached.

Everyone wants to be “lean”… until their hormones crash, energy disappears, recovery tanks, and they feel terrible all the time.

Body fat matters.
Too much is unhealthy.
Too little can be just as bad.

General healthy ranges:
Men:
- Essential: 2–5%
- Athletic: 6–13%
- Healthy average: 14–20%
- Obese: 25%+

Women:
- Essential: 10–13%
- Athletic: 14–20%
- Healthy average: 21–30%
- Obese: 32%+

When body fat gets TOO LOW:
- Hormones can crash
- Recovery suffers
- Libido drops
- Energy and mood decline
- Injuries increase
- Sleep worsens
- Women may lose menstrual cycles
- Muscle loss becomes easier

This is why very lean physiques are often temporary.
Looking shredded for a beach trip or bodybuilding show is one thing… sustaining that year-round while working hard, raising kids, training, and living life is another.

Your body NEEDS:
- Enough protein to repair tissue
- Carbohydrates for performance and recovery
- Healthy fats for hormones and brain health
- Micronutrients and minerals for recovery and metabolism

Now the other side…

Obesity comes with serious consequences:
- Insulin resistance
- Joint pain
- Fatty liver
- High blood pressure
- Poor mobility
- Chronic inflammation
- Increased risk of heart disease and diabetes
- Reduced quality of life

The goal is not starving yourself to look good for 6 weeks.
The goal is building a body that performs, recovers, thinks clearly, ages well, and still lets you enjoy life.

Healthy is the goal.
Strong is useful.
Sustainable wins long term.

Most people walk into high intensity workouts under-fueled… then wonder why their strength drops off halfway through training, recovery sucks, and they feel destroyed for days after.

Your body runs hard training off stored fuel — glycogen (stored carbohydrates) and electrolytes.
The harder you train, the faster you burn through it.

Replacing sugar + electrolytes DURING training can:
- Keep strength and performance higher throughout the workout
- Improve endurance and output
- Speed up recovery after training
- Reduce fatigue, cramping, headaches, and brain fog
- Help shuttle nutrients into muscle tissue more efficiently
- Support metabolism and nutrient partitioning

Your body learns what to do with fuel based on demand.
Train hard + fuel properly = your body becomes better at storing carbohydrates in muscle instead of leaving you depleted and craving junk later.

So why do people walk into the gym trying to build a dump truck with random TikTok workouts and pure hope? 🍑😂

Years of:
❌ Guessing

You want to bake a great cake? You need a great chef. 👨🏻‍🍳

Coming back from injury, illness, burnout, or years of neglect takes more than motivation… it takes the right mindset, the right plan, and the right guidance.

Sn**ch → horizontal press → pull over → weighted crunch → vertical press → standing roll out

Yeah… this isn’t your typical “progressive overload” movement.

There’s no clean way to track this.
No perfect rep scheme.
No textbook progression.

This is just strength meeting movement.

Control through chaos.
Power through positions most people avoid.
Earning the ability to move like this.

This is what happens when you stop training just to look strong…
and actually become strong.

And sometimes?
You just have fun with it.
