🙌🏼🥵PEAK Week is done y‘all whew 😥 It was a hot one today!! These Gladiators pushed hard and worked all the way to the very last second 🙌🏼!! Way to push, and be Done Done !! Lol 😂

Strength & Agility Week—-

Started Strong 💪🏼… but they Finished Stronger 🙌🏼💪🏼🤩!! These Gladiators came to work this week in the weight room!! They over came the burn 🔥… the “I want to give up” talk… they never gave up 🤩!! So proud of y’all!! Great work this week!

There was a shirt that stood out this week and I’m gonna have to try and get it on a CG shirt for us…😅

“Torn between wanting a Snack or Looking like one!” Let’s just say they did the work 😉!!
