6:30 this evening for our River Trail Run. Meet at the parking by the playground by the water plant… and we’ll head out and across the Bridge!

Yay! The rain has missed us so far today… but be ready for sprinkles…. Cool and cloudy and a little breezy… Perfect Running Weather!!!

Sunday morning 8:30 at Himebaugh TH ! It may be raining… but we’ll be running!

See you there! Himebaugh has got dry and somewhat dusty… so if it’s raining we will run up towards Cottonwood and back to miss the mud.

This evening, Thursday, 6:30pm meet at town park for our River Trail run!

We’ll do about two and a half miles at quite easy pace, and the finish up with 4 to 6 one hundred meter sprints!

Not really sprints though…. We call them acceleration to glide drills… kinda strides…. Kinda 100s…

6:30pm Run on the River Trail today. It might be snowing. Might be sunny. Could be puddles to splash in…. We’ll always be out there!

It might be raining or snowing tomorrow morning, but we’ll be running from the Himebaugh Gulch TH at 8:30am!

If the trail in the gulch is muddy, we’ll stick to the gravel roads!

Are you racing this year? If so, we hope for sunny and cool weather for all… but race days can be rainy and messy! We train to be ready.

6:30pm this evening, like every Thursday, for our group run on the River Trail in Pioneer Park.

Today, we’ll run for about 2 miles Easy, including the single track trails around the disc golf course, and then finish up with some 100meter strides.

Tomorrow morning at 8:30am, we will be hosting our first Himebaugh Loop group run of the year. The area is not yet in full bloom, but the pasque flowers are popping. We anticipate a cold start, so it is advisable to wear gloves and a hat. By the end of the run, the temperature is expected to be warmer.
