MFM Family - First and foremost, thank you for the AMAZING memories, classes, the early mornings, the fun evenings, the laughter, sometimes the tearsšŸ˜‰, and ultimately, the community we have all built together!

This was not an easy decision to make or one we made lightly, but we do not regret any moment or memory that was made over the past year.

Our goal was to always motivate, encourage, and inspire ANYONE that walked through our doors, for however long MFM remained open for cardio classes and we hope that the mission was accomplished!

Each and everyone of you are made for more than what the world says - youā€™re made for who Christ has called you to become!

Thank you for the success and the support of bringing the sport of boxing to Hot Springs! We will miss seeing each of you in the ring but hope to still see you around in the community.

New updated schedule is available via our Glofox app! Classes will take place tomorrow from 5am-8am and 5pm! You donā€™t want to miss the workout we have planned as well as get to experience our NEW gym speaker!

MFM is more than a group class - itā€™s a place for community.

While boxing cardio has proven to benefit an individualā€™s health and longevity, the longevity of each memberā€™s community and quality of life has been where weā€™ve seen our classes grow and our members THRIVE!

If youā€™re nervous to try out a class or not sure if itā€™s a good fit for you, try coming once and see how you leave feeling motivated, encouraged, and inspired!

We are so thankful for EVERY member who has grown and supported our gym and built their community this past year!!

Good morning!!
Just a reminder that our new schedule will not take place until September 29th!
This change will also be reflected in the Glofox app under class times in case you were wondering what availability we have, day to day!

In addition, THANK YOU to everyone who has wholeheartedly supported our discipleship program we are starting for 6th-12th grade boys in October and have offered to keep their memberships at $85/month instead of $70/month to go towards this program!!

If you would like to do the same and have not let us know yet, message us and we would love to make that happen! Otherwise, everyoneā€™s membership price will reflect $70/month on October 1st!
