Let’s paint the picture!
Oaklawn Aces CB K’2 made his walk to the octagon first. Right by his side were teammates Michael Dunn, Conor Kopkau, Dylan Daniels, and Luke Walters, hyping him up and showing their support every step of the way.
Once K’2 entered the octagon, his opponent began his walkout. That’s when it became clear that the crowd was firmly behind the other fighter. The arena erupted, and the Oaklawn Aces players were surprised by just how much support their opponent had.
Did that stop the Aces from backing their teammate? Absolutely not. The 3 teammates were just as loud as the hundreds of fans cheers his opponent.
Michael Dunn and Conor Kopkau, in particular, poured their heart and soul into motivating K’2. Shouts of “Controlled Aggression!” and “Give all the gas you have left in the tank!” echoed from his corner. While they drew some curious looks from around the arena, it didn’t matter. The bond these teammates share is stronger than any crowd reaction.
Unfortunately, the match didn’t end in K’2’s favor. But the outcome didn’t define the night.
What it did show was the Aces way: never give up, never stop working, and fight until the final whistle.
The entire Oaklawn Aces organization is proud of K’2 and everything he accomplished tonight. ❤️🤍♠️
