Good Evening, CCMS Football Families!

This is a FINAL REMINDER that ALL PLAYER MERCHANDISE SIZES ARE DUE TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 1ST.

If you have NOT already completed the Google Form, please do so AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

⚠️ PLEASE READ: We are ordering merchandise INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH PLAYER based on the size submitted on the form. We will NOT be ordering extras. If we do not receive your player’s size by the deadline, merchandise will NOT be ordered for that player.

Please take a moment to complete the form and double-check that the size you submit is accurate. The size submitted is the size that will be ordered.

We are getting ready to place our athlete merchandise order, and we need EVERY parent to complete the Google Form for each player.

📝 Please complete the form NO LATER than September 1st.

⚠️ PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO SIZING!
We will be ordering based ONLY on the sizes submitted through this form. We will NOT be ordering extras, so it is extremely important that you select the correct size for your athlete.

👉 The size you enter on the Google Form is the size that will be purchased. There will not be an opportunity to exchange sizes after the order is placed.

If you have more than one athlete, a separate form must be completed for EACH player.

Practice
All grades
After school til 6pm

Tuesday 8/25
6th grade
Practice after school til 5pm

7th & 8th grade game vs Trigg County
@ Colonel Stadium
7th grade starts at 5:30pm
8th grade 10 minutes after the 7th grade game

Wednesday 8/26
Practice
All grades After school til 6pm

Thursday 8/27
6th grade NO practice

7th & 8th grade game vs McCracken County
