Hi everyone,

Due to the stormy weather, Saturday's free park yoga class is cancelled. Please stay safe and avoid being out in the rain and crazy wind.

I’m really looking forward to practicing together again next week when the weather cooperates. Thank you all for your support for these classes.

Take care of yourselves and stay safe, and I hope to see you next week on the mat.

Feel free to let me know if there's a pose/asana or yoga concept you are interested in, and I can teach it if it's in my practice.
