I was in Bali 4 years ago and stumbled across this incredible designer. I bought a few pieces and they became my staples with everything I wore. I have never received more compliments in my entire life, just wearing them out and about. I went back to Bali 2 years ago and bought a few more pieces... I told the designer I am bringing his work back to America! ⠀
I called him up the beginning of 2020 and started working with him on the designs that I wanted to bring to the US. I wanted bold, beautiful, meaningful statement pieces that would make you feel like an absolute goddess when you put them on.⠀
I have been wearing these pieces for over 4 years now and every time I put one on I can feel the energy that it brings. ⠀
They are not only stunningly gorgeous but they are powerful energetic stones! ⠀

As a type A entrepreneur, when I’m in momentum and filled with inspiration, I can sit at my desk for hours and hours on end without taking a break. I sometimes forget to even eat. I know, it’s not good..🙈

I have to schedule “play time” to reconnect, to put my phone down, to remember that I chose to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth so that I could be submersed in nature!!🌿

The Ocean is my “green zone” place.. my happy place. It washes all my worries away, it humbles me, it teaches me life lessons..

I work with high-achieving women everyday and we can get so caught up in creating that we don’t stop to reconnect and recharge. Ultimately, that is what will FUEL us with EVEN MORE inspiration!!✨

So... all you type A ladies out there that are killing the game.. schedule some “play time” this week and let me know what that looks like for you.. a walk in nature, quick workout, ocean dive, playtime with your kids... whatever it is, drop it below!😉👇🏼

-What do I want to contribute to the world? -What sets my soul on fire? ⠀
-What makes me want to jump out of bed in the morning? ⠀

I let my thoughts flow and wrote down the words that felt most in alignment... ⠀

I want to inspire. To empower. To be a catalyst for transformation. To lead. To serve. To create. To connect. To build community. To give back. ⠀

Research shows that environments can increase or reduce our stress.

Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces fear/stress, increases good feelings, and boosts the immune system!

In one study, 95% of those interviewed said their mood improved after spending time outside, changing from depressed, stressed, and anxious to more calm and balanced.

First things first...
This is a pre quarantine photo😉
I have zero abs right this second.. and did 3 sets of crunches yesterday and can’t even laugh without being in pain today.😂 I have learned so much about myself during this unexpected break from normal life. It has slowed me down so much and gotten me out of auto pilot. It’s actually been really eye opening. If I’m being super honest, I am pretty hard on myself and have a pretty type A personality. I went through a lot of different emotions when things started to close, especially the gym. I have worked from home for the last 7 years, so the gym is my community, my excuse to leave the house, my place for human interaction, it’s kind of my happy place. (Even though most days I don’t look forward to “actually” working out, but I love the feeling when it’s over lol)
✨👉🏼The 3 things I focus on daily are MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT.👈🏼✨
I am a better addition to society when these 3 boxes are checked daily. I read 10 pages of a good book or 30 min of a good audio. I meditate in the morning, even if I can’t get to that full connection, that time with myself is priceless. I workout or do something active, as well as feed my body real fuel. (95% of the time.. I still love Pizza😉)
If I had to rate myself in those 3 areas over quarantine...dun dun dunnn....🙈😆
I have fallen off quite a few times when it comes to “Body” ... but have completely reconnected when it comes to “Spirit.” I honestly didn’t realize how many answers I was missing by not slowing down and listening in the silence and just sitting with myself more. I have never felt more aligned in that area. “Mind” is kind of a given, I’m obsessed with mindset and human potential so I could listen/read all day... but my point to all of this is..
I am learning to give myself grace, I don’t have to be perfect, nor do I need to beat myself up when I’m not. Tomorrow is a new day.🙏🏼🙌🏼 I’m curious, what are your daily habits..that make you feel aligned, at peace, or just make you feel a little better during all of this?😊

We are all deliberate creators of our own lives. The question is- What are you holding as your vision..because that IS by universal law what you are creating. What you focus on grows, period.
What are you focused on more?!
Where you are at right this second? OR... Your VISION of where you are going?
If you are focused on where you are at, remind yourself that it is only temporary. If you are focused on your VISION, it is already DONE! Now it's time to TRUST THE PROCESS, take INSPIRED action and appreciate the incredible journey!🎉🙌🏼
