Measuring your progress

Measuring is a conscious process. Whatever you measure and work towards you'll make progress.

If you don't, you won't be able to perform at your best because you wouldn't know what to improve on & there's no pain that you aren't improving.

The system is simple. Creating the habit to consistency & constantly improve & measure is the hardest part, because it's ran by your subconscious.

The system: S. M. A. R. T goal
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Time bound
‘Think outside the box.

Not only you want to train running, you can
* eat clean
* change your environment (friends + location)
* learn something new about running so it excites you to test it out.
* Don't chase the goal but who you become in the process.

How to instantaneously change how you feel.

Step #1.
Shift your identity & realize that you are more than your thoughts, emotions, and actions. You are the observer of your thoughts and emotions because most of it is conditioned responses anyways.

#2. Ask yourself where does this emotion comes from, what’s the underneath cause? The root cause of the emotion?
If your feeling sad from a breakup it might be that the root cause is loneliness.

#3 love the feeling, whatever you resist it’ll persist. Love the loneliness you are feeling. Accept it and give deep presence to it.

#4 realize & change the meaning, perspective. The breakup was a good thing because now you saved time to finding your true soul mate. Now your 10X stronger than ever before. You gain empathy towards people who been they it. & experience the truth that you are never alone, you are connected and always will be. Shift your perspective to what you have gratitude.

I’m grateful for God’s abundance of grace for all that it is and will be.

I’m grateful for being able to be, experience and serve God’s creations.

I’m so grateful for my family, friends, and all of the people for their love, differences, experiences, and lessons that supports me to grow and contribute.

FEAR is the belief that "I am going to lack something."

Denial of the truth is fear.
