For the ones who like it spicy or the ones who like it room temperature.. Palmetto Bay we’re coming soon. 🔥✨

Pilates, petals & pumpkin spice everything. 🎀💐☕️

Just a bunch of girls romanticizing their wellness era. Pilates, building the prettiest floral bouquets, sipping pumpkin lattes, indulging in sweet treats & making memories with our favorite girls. 💕

Proof that Pilates is cute, but the community? Even cuter. 🫶🏼

Things that haunt your favorite Pilates studio 🤎👻

Springs clanking, straps dropping, reformer shaking while everyone else is trying to find inner peace. 😂

We totally get that sometimes you have to leave early, just give your instructor a heads-up before class and make your exit quietly. Your fellow members final stretch will thank you. 🤎

Your reformer stayed empty while someone else was refreshing the app hoping for a spot.

Plans change, we get it. Just cancel as soon as you know so another member gets the chance to move. 🩰

We love the commitment, but oxygen is part of the choreography.

Exhale through the effort, inhale with control.. your core works better when you’re actually breathing. 🫁💕

If the “burn” is coming from sloppy, repetitive movement, you’re missing the point.

Pilates works best when the movement is controlled, intentional, and precise.. not just when it feels hard. 🫶

A little classical. A little “why are my legs shaking?” Precision, Control, and a Sculpt session that keeps things interesting. ✨

Pretty Strong. Literally. Kettlebell training for power, endurance, and carrying all the groceries in one trip ❤️‍🔥

Ballet Energy. Zero Audition. low impact barre fusion for anyone who likes their movements small and their legs a little dramatic. 🩰

Commitment issues? We have a class for that.
Pilates, Sculpt, Strength and Barre. Your full wellness routine deserves options ✨
