MEN’S ONLY MAT PILATES — FREE COMMUNITY CLASS 🤎

In honor of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, NUMA is hosting another FREE Men’s Only Mat Pilates class.

This one is for the dads, husbands, brothers, sons, and all the men who confidently say, “Pilates can’t be that hard.”

We’d love for you to come test that theory. 😉

Expect shaking.
Expect sweating.
Expect discovering muscles that have apparently been on vacation for years.

While we genuinely want to create a space that supports men’s physical and mental wellness, we’d be lying if we said there wasn’t a tiny bit of entertainment in watching a room full of men realize Pilates is, in fact, not stretching.

Pilates is for every body.
No experience required.
Just bring a good attitude and your ego. One of them will make it through class.
