The Pantherettes had the opportunity to attend the Wildcat Shootout in Camden this past week and play in front of a few college scouts. We got to play against great competition and played stretches in which we were successful against much larger schools. These girls are battle tested and hungry to improve even more and compete next season. Starting in late November/early December get ready to see some fast paced basketball full of hard-nosed defense, transition offense, perimeter shooting, and a group of girls that aren’t afraid to take charges or dive on the floor and secure an extra possession.
Players to receive player of the game recognitions include Journee White, Journee Johnson, & D’Marreya Magby.
