☀️🌴There is something so powerful about being surrounded by women who truly know, respect, and love each other. Women who share history, laughter, memories, and have been there through important chapters of life. 🤍

One of my favorite things to do when I bring a group together for yoga is our collective Tree Pose🌴We each find our own balance… and then we reach for one another.

What starts out a little wobbly suddenly becomes stronger when we connect.✨💫

Because that’s life, too. We may not always know what’s ahead, but we can root into who we are, reach for the people who love us, and trust that sometimes we are stronger together than we could ever be on our own. 🌴✨

Such a beautiful way to celebrate this bride-to-be — surrounded by love, laughter, friendship, and the women who will ALWAYS be part of her story.💍🤍

Give me the big feelings, the loud laughter, the fierce loyalty, the genuine love, and the unapologetic enthusiasm. The world doesn’t need less heart… it just needs more people who know what to do with it. 💓‼️
