It is so rewarding to witness clients progress and see change! From achieving their first pull up to sit ups, to seeing strength in daily movements outside the gym ❤️ 9:30 am Pilates on Friday is our fullest Pilates class. We rotate the format, but true Mat Pilates is what we did today. Many clients who once couldn’t do a sit up, now doing full roll ups, open leg rockers, boomerangs and scissors!
