Fit Couple

We are a married couple with a desire to assist other couples in finding the benefits and joys of creating both healthy bodies and strong relationships. Combined we have over 25 years of experience in the coaching and helping profession: Michelle as a counselor and a certified life coach with her own private coaching practice and Bryan as a teacher and athletic coach, with a background in health, physical education and recreation. For years, we struggled with working out on our own achieving various levels of success and failure. Then, in the Fall of ’08, we discovered Beachbody products and made the commitment to work out together. We started with Power 90 and then moved on to P90X, after completing P90X a couple of different times we took on Insanity and P90X Plus. Since that time, we have found that using the Beachbody products and working out together not only is an amazing way to get into shape, but it has carried over into strengthening our relationship. We love motivating each other and sharing in the accountability that comes with having a partner to work out with.
