Hokes Bluff Cross Country had a strong showing at the Pleasant Valley Raider Run this morning!

The Lady Eagles earned a 2nd-place team finish, led by three top-10 performances:

Emma Godfrey — 4th Place
Sarah Ponder — 5th Place
Kylee Noles — 6th Place

On the boys side, Will Miller led the Eagles with a 14th-place finish.

Congratulations to all of our runners on another strong day of competition. Go Eagles!

Big thanks to some of our awesome parents for feeding the team tonight as we kick off our season!

We’re back at it tomorrow morning at Pleasant Valley High School. The girls race at 8:30 AM, with the boys race immediately following.

Congratulations to our Hokes Bluff Girls Cross Country team on a 2nd place finish this morning at the Wildcat Kickoff!

Emma Godfrey and Sarah Ponder led the way with outstanding races, finishing 4th and 5th overall in the 1A–3A division!

Our boys also had a good race this morning and competed hard. Proud of both groups and excited to see what this season has in store!

We’re missing a few of our runners in the team picture, but we’re proud of the entire group and the way they competed today.

Great start to the year! Go Eagles!
