✨ Still sitting in gratitude for 2025 and we move into 2026! ✨

In 2025 I welcomed back and met the kindest clients I could ask for! Each of you fill my cup and I am so honored you choose to trust our time together to relax and restore your bodies!

2025 brought me the opportunity to seek further training in my Thai Yoga Bodywork practice to advance my skills to the table and to offer Thai Reflexology. I earned my full primary certification for Thai Bodywork and will be finishing my certifications for Table Thai and Reflexology in the next couple months.

Thank you for helping me grow and learn and looking forward to what 2026 brings ✨

As we move into the holiday season, I hope you can take time to intentionally pause. Feel that warm winter sun on your skin, the crisp cold air as it settles in your lungs, and the love that surrounds gatherings with those you love. There is beauty in all the small moments when we take the opportunity to see them✨

On this last day of January, I hope you can find time for stillness. I hope you take the time to feel the stillness in the brisk air and tune into natures rhythm of slowing down and turning inward to see what it is you need most. Each day is a little longer, each day a little closer to the promise of spring. But for now, take a moment to feel the frigid breeze, listen to the crunching snow, and be present exactly where you are. Welcome in 2025 with gratitude for the lessons each season brings.

I am looking forward to continue serving my beautiful clients I have had the pleasure to cross paths with and to meeting many more over the next year!

I am now scheduling Thursday and Saturday appointments for Thai Yoga Bodywork and Integrated Energy Sessions, message for scheduling!

Thank you all for being part of my journey ✨

🎉 Time for a reintroduction! 🎉

I am Lorraine, a mom of 2 little loves and two pups, married to the love of my life. I have a passion for learning and growing and helping others do the same.

I started my journey perusing my doctorate in physical therapy and have built my career and continue to love this calling, recently becoming board certified as a Geriatric Certified Specialist. I love to help my patients strengthen their muscles, build their confidence and get back to the things they love ❤️

My passion for helping others has stretched beyond my career and with personal growth I fell in love with the world of energy work. My personal experience with Integrated Energy Therapy opened a new world of possibilities. In 2018 I became certified in Integrated Energy Therapy after experiencing my own transformations with IET, knowing I was called to share this gift with others.

After a few years of practicing IET my thirst for new tools to help others grew and I became certified in the Akashic Records.

Following a once in a lifetime trip, I found a place where my two worlds collided in Thai Yoga Bodywork. The beauty of bringing physical support for the body with my PT background along with holding space for the client energetically just made sense and now I continue on my path of growth towards certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork.

✨I look forward to sharing more about what I do and meeting new clients as we find the right way to support your healing journey! ✨

So thankful for an amazing evening Friday! I couldn’t have said it better, but wanted to echo my thanks to everyone who stopped in to visit for a session or even to find out more. A special thank you to Casey at Glow N’ Go Beauty Bar for hosting and for Jessica of The Healing Cove for being her beautiful self ❤️✨
