Whether you're brand new to barre or a seasoned regular, our expert instructors provide personalized modifications so every class feels right for your body. We welcome prenatal clients, beginners, and cross-trainers alike. Amenities include free parking, showers, lockers, and a beauty bar. New clients: buy 1 class for $29 and get a week free. Serving Hinsdale, Western Springs, Clarendon Hills, LaGrange, Burr Ridge, and the western suburbs of Chicago.

Bar Pilates combines the precision and technique you know from The Bar Method with Pilates-inspired movement, using power bands, sliders, balls and more for a challenging full-body workout.
