⚾️ Community Comes Through ⚾️
This week, Hillsborough Little League stepped up in a big way to deliver the goods received from our recent gear drive for our friends at Ravenswood Little League in East Palo Alto. Coordinated by HLL alums C**t and Tyler Crawford, Ryan Duffell, and Natalie Robbins, the team delivered a massive haul of baseball essentials to Ravenswood LL Director, Dave!
The donation included:
🧢 A ton of batting helmets
🥎 Catcher’s gear sets
🧤 Dozens of gloves & bats
🎒 Bags and backpacks
🕶️ Sunglasses
🪣 Buckets of baseballs, softballs & wiffle balls
🧼 Batting gloves, hats, stickers & tape
What we didn’t know: just two days earlier, Ravenswood’s storage unit was robbed—in broad daylight—of much of their gear. That makes this delivery all the more meaningful. 💔➡️❤️
Thank you to all who donated! A special shoutout to the Willis family for donating 30 brand new youth gloves ranging from T-ball to Majors. 🙌
