One thing you'll hear me say to my clients time and time again is, "What are you doing on the days you're not training that are helping you towards your fitness goals?"
Every day we have an opportunity to make a deposit. It doesn't have to be just relative to fitness. It can be about any goal you have your eyes set on. Each day, if we do something towards our goal, we are essentially making a "deposit" towards our master plan. Each day, the deposit amounts may vary, but as long as you're making them, big or small is all that matters.

The key is to not make too many withdrawals on your overall goal. What we must avoid is constantly having a zero balance or being overdrawn. Each day, do something towards your goal. Continue to make daily deposits, and you'll be where you need to in no time. However, if you make a deposit 2 or 3 times a week when you know for a fact it requires more, don't be shocked that you're always at a zero balance or worse.

The secret lies in you. You!!!! Get off you're butt, do something towards your goal today. Big or small, every deposit counts.

"Be true to thy self!"

Real progress is made in life when you can finally become honest with yourself. This is applicable to any thing in life we are trying to achieve or change. The reality is not everyone truly embraces change, even though MOST of us are very cable of doing so. The key is brutal honesty. I think many of us start off with the right intentions when we embark upon a new journey in life. Whether your goals are financial freedom, a health and fitness transformation, fostering and cultivating healthy relationships by introducing and enforcing boundaries with the people in your life, anything really, the magic happens when you finally get out of your own way.
We can fool others. But we can't fool ourselves. Being honest with yourself brings freedom. Work towards self acceptance for where you are at this stage in your life . Respect yourself as you would want others to respect you. Find your truth. Aspire to be a better person.

The only person you need to be honest with is yourself . Don't ever try to be someone your not or pretend your ok when you're not. You have to love yourself and always stay authentically true to yourself. Self honesty is the first step into becoming the best version of yourself.

Our amazing app is powered by trainerize and is our clients main hub for tracking workouts, biometrics, nutrition tracking and planning, studio challenges, homework assignments, training programs, as well as an exercise library & meal library with thousands exercises and recipes with videos to show clients how to prepare each meal and so much more!

B***e Private Personal Training Studios is proud to announce our sister club and second location, Studio Uma functional training! (Zone B)

Now clients of Ballé Private Personal Training Studios will have complete access to not just one location, but two INCREDIBLE studios to train out of!!! Ballé Studios (Zone A) is our designated weight training zone, where as Studio Uma will be our functional training zone (Zone B). Which it should have been from inception.

Clients workouts will be specifically catered to both zones enhancing their training experience to a whole new level. We are super proud of this new addition. I personally have been dreaming of this concept for the last 9 years since I opened my door at Ballé Training Studios. I'm so happy I'm bringing it to life. Stay tuned for more.
