Not sure if word has gotten out, but it is very sad to see that we lost one of our refs last week, Len Adoff. He was one of a kind and he will truly be missed by everyone who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Wrestling community and his family during this difficult time.

Coach Brian West Obituary.

Brian West, age 53, passed away unexpectedly at home after a brief illness. Born in Bristol, he had been a lifelong resident of Bucks County. Brian was a graduate of Pennsbury High School class of 1992 he attended West Virginia University, class of 1997, where he received his Bachelors Degree

Our Hillsborough Wrestling boys competed at the Nuway Summer Duels in Atlantic City, finishing the day with a 2-2 record. Every practice, every workout, and every sacrifice has helped prepare them for opportunities like this.

These athletes continue to put in the work during the offseason, showing dedication, discipline, and a commitment to getting better every time they step on the mat. 💪🏻

What a great team experience together. ☺️

These Class of 2026 HHS Wrestlers will be continuing their athletic careers at the next level! We are so incredibly proud of our captains who have both been key leaders of the Hillsborough wrestling program. They are exceptional people on and off the mat, and these college programs are only going to get better with them around.

Did you know Hillsborough Wrestling doesn’t stop when the season ends?

Champions are made in the off-season! 💪 Consistent training and practice are essential for building strength, improving technique, and staying competition-ready.

The Raider Wrestling Club Summer Practice is open to all wrestlers entering 5th-12th grade, regardless of where you live.

🏆 Summer Practice Schedule:
• Tuesdays: 5:30-7:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 10:30 AM-12:00 PM
• Fridays: 2:30-4:00 PM

🏃 Turf Workouts: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:30-9:00 AM (check the calendar for updates).

📍 Location: Hillsborough High School Wrestling Room & Turf Field

✅ Hillsborough residents: FREE all summer!
✅ Non-Hillsborough residents: $200 for the summer or $20 per drop-in.

Whether you’re preparing for next season or looking to sharpen your skills, this is the perfect opportunity to put in the work.

Off-season work makes in-season champions! 🤼
