🎟️ Orange High School Athletic Passes are now available!

Choose the pass option that works best for you and enjoy Panther athletics all season long. Passes may be purchased with cash or check at the OHS front office or by credit card through GoFan at any home athletic event.

After payment is processed, your name will be added to the season pass list, and a hard pass will be issued within a few days.

Coach Jones brings more than 30 years of coaching experience in local and surrounding communities, including 14 years as a varsity head coach and more than 100 varsity wins. He is committed to helping student-athletes build their skills, confidence, and character both on and off the court.

All fall athletes and parents/guardians are encouraged to attend the Fall Athletics Meeting tonight, Monday, July 27, at 6:00 PM in the Orange High School gym.

🚨 New NCHSAA Form Now Available in DragonFly

The additional NCHSAA form we mentioned earlier this summer is now available and must be completed before an athlete can participate in tryouts or practices.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Orange High School does not control when NCHSAA forms are released or added to DragonFly.

✅ Your athlete is cleared when DragonFly displays a green check mark and all eligibility requirements are complete.

🍂 Fall sports are almost here, Panthers! 🐾

Tryouts for cheerleading, cross country, women’s volleyball, football, women’s tennis, men’s soccer, and women’s golf begin Wednesday, July 29.

Review the graphic carefully for each sport’s time, location, and coach contact information. Athletes should arrive prepared, on time, and fully cleared for participation. (Dragonfly completed and received a band at athlete check-in)

Questions about a specific sport should be directed to the coach listed on the graphic.

🚨 Orange High School Athletics registration for the 2026–2027 school year is NOW OPEN in DragonFly!

Before athletes can participate in any workouts or tryouts, they must have:
✅ A valid physical on file within the past 395 days
✅ A completed concussion form for the 2026–2027 school year
✅ All required paperwork submitted in DragonFly

Fall sports tryouts begin **July 29, 2026**, and all paperwork must be completed before the first day of tryouts.

A few helpful DragonFly reminders:
🖥️ DragonFly works best from a computer or the browser on your phone. The app is no longer supported.
➕ To add Orange High School, use the “Connect To School Or Association” button in the upper right corner of your student’s profile.
🎓 Make sure your child’s graduation year is the year they graduate high school.
📝 Please use their legal first name, then include a nickname if they go by something different.
📢 The NCHSAA will add another form later this summer. We will send communication when that is uploaded.
📄 You can only upload one document at a time, but we can see everything you upload, so just upload another document if needed.

When everything is complete, athletes will see a **green check mark** in DragonFly.

🚨 FALL ATHLETE CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED BEFORE TRYOUTS! 🚨

Every athlete planning to participate in fall sports must attend one Athlete Check-In session in person.

During check-in, staff will verify each athlete’s:

✅ DragonFly paperwork
✅ Current physical
✅ Academic eligibility
✅ Attendance eligibility

Once everything is confirmed, the athlete will receive a clearance bracelet to wear during tryouts. This bracelet tells coaches that the athlete is fully cleared to participate.

NO BRACELET = NO PARTICIPATION

Bracelets will only be given directly to the athlete. Parents, siblings, friends, and teammates cannot pick one up for them.
