This is our view tomorrow at the De La Tierra Yoga Retreat, and it already feels like a deep breath before everything begins.

We come for places like this, yes—but more than that, we come for what unfolds inside them. The way movement feels different when the backdrop is mountains and open sky. The way community forms quickly when everyone has chosen to step away from the familiar and into something more present. The way discovery isn’t just about where we are, but how we arrive to ourselves once we get there.

Growth has a funny way of showing up.

Sometimes it looks like holding a pose a little longer. Sometimes it’s choosing rest when you need it most. Sometimes it’s simply making time for yourself in a world that asks for so much.
